11. New Jersey Law

Public-records requests to a New Jersey custodian are subject to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., as amended by P.L. 2024, c.16. That law does not override protected records, including vital-record restrictions under R.S. 26:8-40.1 or state address-redaction protections.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
